摘　　要：目的探讨本地区布鲁氏杆菌病(急性期)发病特点。方法回顾性分析我院2007年4月—2015年10月住院确诊布鲁氏杆菌(急性期)患者的临床特征。结果布鲁氏杆菌病(急性期)发病以中年男性为主,主要以高热84%(21/25)为主,伴寒颤60%(15/25);约1/4患者伴有四肢大关节疼痛;职业以农民多见,占总数44%(11/25);以夏季及春季多发;临床约1/3发现脾大;血常规检查约1/4患者出现白细胞减低及血小板减少,有28%患者有牛羊饲养史(7/25)。结论布鲁氏杆菌病(急性期)高热寒颤多见,夏春季好发;因临床缺乏特异性,临床易误诊。Objective Discuss and explore the clinical feature of Brucellosis（acute stage）in certain district.Methods Reviewed all confirmed cases of Brucellosis in Daqing Oilfield General Hospital from April,2007 to October,2015.Meantime,analyzed and concluded clinical features of Brucellosis.Results Crowd of Brucellosis（acute stage）：mainly appears in Middle-aged male.Clinical Features：mainly have fever 84%（21/25）with chill 60%（15/25）. About one quarter of the Brucellosis patients are suffered from extreme pain of extremities major joints. Meanwhile,one third of patient are found splenauxe. One quarter of patient are found leukocytopenia and thrombocytopenia thro μgh blood routine examination,about 28% patience（7/25）has breeding history of cattle and sheep.Occupation：mainly are peasants,about44 percent of total（11/25）.Morbidity Season：mainly in Spring or Summer.Conclusion Brucellosis（acute stage）mainly appears with fever and chill which is easy to be misdiagnosed due to lack of specificity during clinical manifestation.
