摘　　要：目前,我国医疗卫生水平不断提高,在医疗、农合、医改方面的政策逐渐完善。与此同时,病案统计管理工作的重要性日益突出,其作为医院管理的重要组成部分,在提高医疗服务质量,推动医疗事业发展方面有着非常重要的作用,但目前医院在病案统计管理工作中存在一系列问题,现对这些问题进行了详细叙述,并提出了相应的解决方案,以希望病案统计工作能够更好的提升服务水平和工作质量,更好为医院发展做出贡献。At present, with the improvement of medical and health level in China, the medical, agricultural and health care reform policy is gradually improved. At the same time, the importance of management of medical record statistics has become increasingly prominent, as an important part of hospital management, it has a very important role in improving the quality of medical services, promoting the development of the medical industry, but there are a series of problems in the management of medical records in the hospital at present. This paper gives a detailed account of these problems, and puts forward the corresponding solutions, hoping that the statistical work can better improve the service level and quality of work, better contribute to the development of hospital.
