中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重患者的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的研究通过对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重患者进行中西医结合治疗,来探究其临床效果。方法本次研究选取了我院呼吸科2015年1月—2016年1月收治住院的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者56例,将其随机平均分为对照组和试验组两组,其中,对照组患者给予西医治疗,包括药物治疗和常规的护理辅助治疗,试验组在给予对照组患者相同的西药治疗措施后,再给予患者自制的中药汤剂进行联合治疗,比较两种不同治疗的临床效果。结果患者在经过治疗后血气指标(血氧分压和二氧化碳分压)、患者各种临床症状均有改善,而且试验组患者的改善度高于对照组患者的改善度,并发症发生率也低于对照组患者,试验组患者在咳嗽咳痰、呼吸困难、喘息等临床症状方面的改善人数多于对照组患者中的改善人数,差异具有统计学意义。结论对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的患者进行治疗时,中西药结合治疗比单纯西药治疗的效果更好。Objective Through the combination of TCM and western medicine treatment on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients , to explore its clinical effect. Methods In this study, 56 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to department of respiration in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected, the patients were randomly divided into two groups： the control group and the experimental group, among them, patients in the control group were given western medicine treatment, it included medication and routine nursing care, the experimental group was given the same western medicine treatment measures in the control group, then the patients were treated with homemade Chinese medicine decoction for combined treatment, the clinical effects of two different therapies were compared. Results After treatment, blood gas indexes （PaO2 and PaCO2）, the clinical symptoms of all patients were signifcantly improved, and the degree of experimental group was significantly higher than the control group, cough, dyspnea, wheezing and other symptoms of the number of improvements the number in patients in the experimental group was higher than the control group, there was significant differences. Conclusion In the treatment for patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, the treatment effect of combination of TCM and western medicine is better than simple western medicine.
