风险管理在胃肠外科护理管理中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨风险管理在胃肠外科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取我院胃肠外科患者(112例),选取时间2015年2月—2016年7月,将胃肠外科患者(112例)分为观察组以及对照组,对照组(56例患者实施常规风险管理),观察组(56例患者实施护理风险管理),观察护理管理效果。结果观察组患者风险管理后的护理质控评分(98.18±0.40)分、护理满意度评分(95.26±1.27)分,优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者中,压疮患者有1例、跌倒患者有2例、发药错误患者有1例、不良反应发生率为7.14%,低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理在胃肠外科护理管理中具有十分显著的应用效果,可以有效提升护理质量控制水平及护理满意度,减少不良事件的发生率。Objective To explore the effect of risk management in gastrointestinal surgery nursing management. Methods A total of 112 patients with gastrointestinal surgery were enrolled in this study from February 2015 to July 2016, and the patients were divided into two groups, the control group （56 patients with routine risk management）, the observation group （56 cases of patients with nursing risk management）, the effect of nursing management was observed. Results The nursing quality control score was （98.18 ± 0.40） and the nursing satisfaction scorewas （95.26 ± 1.27）, which were better than those in the control group （P〈 0.05）. In the observation group, there were 1 cases of pressure sores, 2cases of falls, and 1 cases of drug errors, the incidence of adverse reactionswas 7.14%, which was lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）Conclusion Nursing risk management has a very signifcant effect in themanagement of gastrointestinal surgery, which can effectively improve thenursing quality control level and nursing satisfaction, reduce the incidenceof adverse events.
