摘　　要：文中在企业调查和咨询专家、并参考国内外学者研究课题的基础上,用层次分析法对四川省物流管理专业人才培养体系进行构建。选取了3个一级指标,10个二级指标进行评价,得出过程导向型C7和目标导向型C6两个实践型人才培养指标;创新表现C4和创新行为C3两个创新型人才培养指标对"蓉欧+"战略背景下四川省物流管理专业人才培养质量影响最大。Based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars,this paper constructs the training system of logistics management in sichuan province. Three primary indexes were selected,10 secondary indexes were evaluated,and the process oriented C7 and target-oriented C6 two practical training indicators were obtained. The innovative performance of C4 and the innovation behavior C3 two innovative talent training indexes have the greatest impact on the quality of talent cultivation quality of logistics management professionals in sichuan province under the strategic background of ＂rongou ＋ ＂
