摘  要:本文建立了一种光皮梾木种子(油)中多种微量元素同时测定的微波消解-电感耦合等离子体(ICPAES)分析方法,以HNO_3和H_2O_2为消解液,采用微波消解的方式处理光皮梾木种子,通过ICP-AES建立了光皮梾木种子(油)中的营养元素如K,Ca,Na,Mg,P,Fe,Cu,Zn,Se和有害元素Pb和As等11种微量元素含量的方法。通过对消解条件和ICP工作条件的优化,测定了包括各种元素线性范围、检出限、回收率和精密度等。结果表明,各元素的校准曲线都具有良好的线性关系,相关系数大于0.999,回收率在92.91%~109.44%,RSD均小于2.3%。微波消解-ICP-AES方法快速、简便、准确,适于光皮梾木种子(油)中多种微量元素的同时测定。An inductively coupled plasma ( ICP ) method was developed for the determination of K, Ca, Na, Mg, P,Fe, Cu, Zn, Se, Pb and. As in Swida wilsoniana seeds. Samples were digested with HN03 and H20 2 followed by dilution with ultrapure water and then analyzed by ICP. 9 kinds of trace elements were found in Swida wilsoniana seeds and oils in which the contents of K, Ca, Na, Mg, P were rich while the contents of Pb and As were undetectable. The results showed that the relative standard deviation of precision were less than 2 .3%, the correlation coefficient prior to 0.999 and the element recovery of standard addition were 92.91% - 109.44%. The method of microwave digestion - ICP can determine various kinds of elements in Swida wilsoniana seeds, which will provides some reference on Swida wilsoniana oil for edible use.
