不同光质LED补光对甜瓜果实生长发育及品质的影响

摘　　要：研究3种不同LED灯(红光、蓝光、红蓝光)对薄皮甜瓜玉美人生长发育及果实品质的影响。试验结果表明,甜瓜单果质量、横径、纵径,处理组均高于对照组,依次为红蓝光、蓝光、红光、对照组。在同一补光时间下,对照组硬度始终高于处理组,处理10 d内,硬度依次为:对照组、红光、红蓝光、蓝光;10 d以上依次为:对照组、蓝光、红光、红蓝光。随时间的增加,果实中可溶性固形物及果糖、葡萄糖和蔗糖含量逐渐升高,处理组始终大于对照组;L值、b值逐渐增大,且处理组始终大于对照组;a值在处理10 d时达到峰值,10 d后逐渐下降;VC含量红蓝光处理始终大于其他处理。The effects of 3 different LED lights （red light, blue light and red-blue light） on the growth and fruit quality of Yumeiren were studied. The results showed that the melon single fruit quality, transverse stem, longitudinal stem of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group, and the descending order was red-blue light, blue light, red light, control group. Under the same light condition, hardness of treatment group was alw-ays lower than that of control group, and the descending order was control group, red light, red-blue light, blue light within processing 10 days, while the descending order was control group, blue light, red light, red-blue light when the processing time was more than 10 days. As time goes, soluble solids and the contents of fructose, glucose and sucrose in fruit gradually increased, and these in treatment group were higher than those of control group all the time. In addition, L-value and b-value increased, and these of treatment group were always greater than those of control group. a-value reached peak when processed 10 days and decreased after being processed over 10 days. Vitamin C content of melon under red-blue light treatment was always greater than those of the others.
