马来酸桂哌齐特联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效的meta分析

摘　　要：目的系统评价马来酸桂哌齐特联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法应用计算机检索建库至2017年4月Google scholar、Pub Med、Cochrance Library、中国知网、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库,纳入马来酸桂哌齐特联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的随机对照试验(RCT)。由2名研究者根据纳入及排除标准独立筛选文献,提取资料,采用Rev Man 5.3统计软件对数据进行分析。结果共纳入文献10篇,共1 071例患者,其中马来酸桂哌齐特联合依达拉奉组(治疗组)556例,非联合治疗组(对照组)515例。meta分析结果显示,纳入文献治疗组和对照组的总体神经功能缺损评分、痊愈率、总有效率比较,差异均有统计学意义[加权均数差值(WMD)=-1.44,比值比(OR)=1.75、1.28,Z=5.78、4.26、8.21,95%CI-2.10^-0.78、1.45~2.12、1.20~1.35,P<0.01]。结论马来酸桂哌齐特联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效高于其他药物,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of cinepazide maleate combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods Retrieved from Google scholar,Pub Med,Cochrance Library,China National Knowledge Infrastrcture,Wanfang Database,VIP Database（publish until April 2017）,randomized controlled trails（RCT）about cisapentam maleate combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction was performed by computer search. Data were extracted by two investigators according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and statistical analysis of those studies were carried out by Rev Man 5.3 software. Results A total of 10 articles and 1 071 patients were enrolled in this study. Among them,556 cases of cinepazide maleate combined with edaravone group（treatment group） and 515 cases of non-combined treatment group（control group） were included. Meta analysis showed that the two groups of neurological deficit score,the cure rate,the total effective rate were statistically significant（WMD=-1.44,OR=1.75,1.28,Z=5.78,4.26,8.21,95%CI-2.10--0.78,1.45-2.12,1.20-1.35,P〈0.01）. Conclusion The efficacy of cinepazide maleate plus edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is higher than that of other drug treatment groups,and it is worth popularizing.
