摘 要:针对某型号汽油机缸盖的冷却性能进行了流场仿真分析。基于现代反求技术获得汽缸盖精确的3D模型,通过布尔运算获得内部真实流道模型。使用ICEM对其进行网格划分并设置恰当的边界条件,通过Fluent运算最终得到流道的速度流线场、换热系数场和压力分布场。对其进行分析可知该缸盖整体冷却性能正常,但4缸之间冷却效果存在显著差异。进行优化分析后可知总体冷却效果提升显著,但对改善流道速度分布均匀性作用不大,并指出了局部流动死区。The flow field simulation and analysis are carried out for the cooling performance of the cylinder head of a gasoline engine. Based on the accurate 3 D model of the cylinder head obtained by the modem reverse technology, the real flow model is obtained through the way of the Boolean operation. We set up the appropriate boundary con-ditions and obtain the velocity field, the heat transfer coefficient field and the pressure distribution by the software Fluent. The obtained data are analyzed and the cooling effect of the cylinder head is assessed scientifically for good, but there are significant differences between areas of the 4 cylinders. After the optimization analysis, the re-sults show that the overall cooling effect is obvious, but it has little effect on improving the uniformity of the flow ve-locity distribution, and it points out the place of the flow dead zone.
