针灸配合关节腔注射药物治疗肩周炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针灸配合关节腔注射药物治疗肩周炎的临床疗效,及探讨其机理。方法:肩周炎患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。治疗前后评估肩关节活动度;检测激活蛋白1(AP-1)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)。结果:观察组治疗后Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分中各项目均高于对照组,其中观察组在疼痛、日常生活活动、关节活动度、总分方面的改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组AP-1和TNF-α表达水平明显下降(P<0.01)。结论:针灸联合关节腔注射玻璃酸钠可通过抑制肩周炎患者炎症反应。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and drug injection in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder joint cavity,and to explore its mechanism.Methods：100 patients with periarthritis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.The activity of the shoulder was evaluated before and after treatment,and the activation protein 1（AP-1）and tumor necrosis factor alpha（TNF-）were detected.Results：the scores of Constant-Murley of shoulder joint function after treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the observation group in pain and daily life activities,joint activity and total scores were better than the control group（P0.05）.The expression levels of AP-1 and TNF-were significantly decreased in the two groups（P0.01）.Conclusion：acupuncture combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate can inhibit the inflammatory reaction in patients with periarthritis of shoulder.
