摘　　要：目的:探讨三种不同包皮环切术的临床疗效。方法:选择240例患者,随机分为传统包皮环切手术组(A组)、中国商环环切手术组(B组)、一次性包皮环切缝合器组(C组),各80例。比较3种术式在手术时间、出血量、术后血肿、水肿发生率、疼痛程度、愈合时间、外观满意度等方面的差别。结果:A组手术耗时长、出血量比较多(P<0.01)。B组术后疼痛评分最高,患者耐受性差,愈合时间最长,水肿发生率高,与其他两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),C组在手术时间、术后并发症、愈合时间方面均有较大的优势,术后随访3个月,三组外观满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:一次性包皮环切缝合器是简单、便捷、安全的手术方法,患者耐受性好,值得临床推广。Objective:To explore the different character of traditional circumcision,Shang Ring circumcision and disposable circumcision suture device,in order to take the best surgery.Methods:A total of 240 phimosis patients were randomly divided into three groups undergone different operation:traditional circumcision(group A),Shang Ring circumcision(group B),disposable circumcision suture device(group C),80 cases in each.The operation time,blood loss,pain score,wound healing time,rate of complications,postoperative satisfaction with penile appearance were compared among the groups.Results:A group has significantly longer operation time and more bleeding.B group showed longer wound healing time and higher pain score when removing the ring than the other two groups(P<0.01).Postoperative satisfaction with penile appearance three months later was not statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The disposable circumcision suture device is a safe approach for circumcision with short operation time,convenient,fewer complications,and worthy of clinical application.
