康复新液联合利多卡因辅助氧疗对鼻咽癌患者放疗后口腔溃疡的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察康复新液联合利多卡因辅助氧疗对鼻咽癌患者放疗后口腔溃疡的的疗效。方法选取杭州市萧山区第一人民医院2015年7月～2017年7月治疗的64例鼻咽癌放疗后口腔溃疡患者,分为观察组（n=32）和对照组（n=32）,对照组采用氧疗加利多卡因凝胶治疗,观察组在对照组基础上,加用康复新液治疗。结果观察组总有效率为93.75%,对照组为71.88%（P〈0.05）;治疗后,2组患者的T淋巴细胞亚群水平各项指标均明显提升,观察组的提升幅度高于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组的愈合时间（3.27±0.98）d,低于对照组的（5.11±0.84）d,2组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在鼻咽癌放疗后口腔溃疡患者治疗中,加用康复新液联合利多卡因辅助氧疗治疗方案治疗效果良好。Objective To study the effect of Kangfuxin Liquid combined with lidocaine assisted oxygen therapy on the treatment of oral ulcer after radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods 64 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy of oral ulcer from July 2015 to July 2017 were divided into observation group（n=32） and control group（n=32）.The control group were given oxygen therapy and lidocaine hydrochloride gel,and the observation group were given Kangfuxin liquid based on the treatment of control group.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 93.75%,higher than 71.88% in the control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,patients with T lymphocyte subsets level indicators improved significantly,the observation group was increased more than control group（P〈0.05）.The healing time of the observation group [（3.27±0.98）d] was lower than the control group [（5.11±0.84）d],the difference was statistically significant between two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Kangfuxin liquid combined with lidocaine assisted oxygen therapy treated in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy get good efficacy.
