莫匹罗星软膏联合糖皮质激素药物外用治疗湿疹/特应性皮炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析莫匹罗星软膏联合糖皮质激素药物外用治疗湿疹/特应性皮炎的临床效果。方法选取海盐县人民医院2015年3月～2016年8月收治的100例湿疹/特应性皮炎患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组50例。对照组患者进行糖皮质激素药物治疗,实验组患者给予莫匹罗星软膏联合外用糖皮质激素药物治疗。比较分析2组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,实验组患者中,7例复发。对照组患者中,17例复发。对照组复发率为（34.0%）显著高于实验组（14.0%）,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。2组患者均未出现明显的不良反应,发生不良反应的概率比较差异无统计学意义。实验组中,8例无效,总有效例数为42例。对照组中,20例无效,治疗总有效例数为30例。对照组患者治疗有效率（60.0%）显著低于实验组（84.0%）,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论莫匹罗星软膏联合外用糖皮质激素药物治疗湿疹/特应性皮炎临床效果较好,不良反应发生率较低。Objective To analyze clinical effects of Mupirocin ointment combined with topical glucocorticoid drugs in treating eczema/atopic dermatitis.Methods 100 patients with eczema/atopic dermatitis patients treated in our hospital from March 2015 to August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,50 patients in each group.The control group were treated with glucocorticoid therapy,the experimental group were treated with topical corticosteroids combined with Mupirocin ointment drug.Compared the clinical effect between two groups.Results After treatment,7 cases relapsed in the experimental group and 17 relapsed in the control group.The recurrence rate of the control group（34.0%）was significantly higher than that of the experimental group（14.0%）,there was significantly statistical difference（P〈0.05）.There were no obvious adverse reactions in two groups.In the experimental group,8 cases were ineffective,and the total effective number was 42 cases.In the control group,20 cases were ineffective,and the total effective number was 30 cases.The effective rate of the control group（60.0%） was significantly lower than that of the experimental group（84.0%）,there was significantly statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Mupirocin ointment combined with topical glucocorticoid drugs was good clinical effect and low adverse reactions.
