摘 要:目的探讨窒息新生儿睡眠结构与其神经发育的关系。方法对44例患儿141次多导睡眠监测睡眠结构及神经发育评分进行多元回归及相关性分析。结果 REM潜伏期、睡眠时长、睡眠潜伏期、REM百分比与神经发育状况有密切关联。结论窒息新生儿睡眠结构与其神经发育有密切关系,可作为窒息新生儿预后评估及康复效果的指标之一。Objective To explore the relationship between sleep architecture and neurodevelopment in newborns with birth asphyxia.Methods 44 asphyxia newborns were monitored by polysomnography(PSG) for 141 times,and then use the multiple regressions to analyze the relationship between sleep architecture and neurodevelopment.Results Rapid eye movement-incubation periods,the length of sleep,sleep incubation periods and REM-percent were all closely associated with neurodevelopment in asphyxia newborn.Conclusion There is a close relationship between sleep architecture and neurodevelopment in asphyxia newborn.It can be used as one of the indicators to evaluate prognosis and rehabilitation effect in asphyxia newborn. However there is no significant correlation between the respiratory events and the neurodevelopment.
