摘 要:输水隧洞工程利用TBM掘进管片衬砌,可大大提高施工进度,提前产生效益,从而节约投资,管片的选型与设计对于工程成败至关重要,有必要对其进行深入分析研究。结合厄瓜多尔Coca-Codo Sinclair水电站TBM输水隧洞设计工程实例,对管片的型式选择及细部设计进行深入分析与探讨,实践证明:左右通用型管片方便转弯与纠偏,可提高管片的安装质量与TBM的掘进速度。TBM tunneling lining is used in the water tunnel project can greatly improve the construction progress and advance the benefits. In order to save the investment,the selection and design of the segment is very important to the success or failure of the project. It is necessary to carry on the thorough analysis. Based on the example of TBM water tunnel design in Coca-Codo Sinclair hydropower station in Ecuador,this paper analyzes and discusses the type selection and detail design of the segment. It is proved that the general type of pipe can be turned around and corrected to improve the installation of the pipe quality and TBM tunneling speed.
