摘  要:兰州市水源地建设工程输水隧洞双护盾TBM在花岗岩地层中掘进时,由于软弱破碎围岩的挤压变形作用,造成了TBM前盾被卡的卡机事件。在工程地质条件分析的基础上,结合开挖洞径、管片衬砌、围岩变形及TBM设备特征,采用了在前盾上方开挖导洞,解除围岩对护盾上的压力,使TBM脱困的处理方法,该方法可为类似工程的卡机脱困提供参考。When excavating water conveyance tunnel in granite stratum by double shield TBM of Lanzhou City Water Source Construction Project,the anterior shield TBM was blocked due to the extrusion deformation of the weakly broken surrounding rock Based on the analysis of the engineering geological conditions,combined with excavation diameter,tube lining,surrounding rock deformation and TBM equipment characteristics,the TBM unblocked treatment measures were used by excavating the guide hole above the anterior shield which to relieve pressure on the shield of the surrounding rock. Relevant treatment measures can provide reference for similar projects.
