论我国村民选举权的法律保障

摘　　要：选举制度由来已久,见证了人类文明演进的全过程。村民选举权是法律赋予村民参与村民委员会选举的重要权利,我国农村治理不断向村民自治转型,村民选举权在农村民主建设进程中扮演着重要角色。由于法律保障的欠缺,村民选举权因不法行为严重侵害而无法得到救济,所以在加大刑法对村民选举权保护力度的同时必须要加快村委会选举制度的立法步伐,并且通过提高农村法治宣传水平的方式来增强村民选举权利意识。The election system has a long history and witnessed the evolution of the whole process of human civilization. The villager＇s voting right is an important right for villagers to participate in the election of villagers＇ committee that is granted by law. As the rural governance in our country transforms into the villagers ＇autonomy constantly,the villager＇s voting right plays an important role in the process of rural democracy construction. Due to the lack of relief system,the villager＇s voting right is seriously infringed by illegal actions which main form is bribery. It is necessary to protect the villager＇s voting right by strengthening the protection of the criminal law,speeding up the legislative pace of village committee election system and raising the level of legal publicity in the rural areas to enhance the awareness of the rights of villagers.
