摘 要:纳米纤丝纤维素透明膜应用潜力巨大,膜基础测量对其应用非常重要。采用TEMPO氧化针叶浆制备纳米纤丝纤维素,随后铸膜,研究不同定量条件下,纳米纤丝纤维素透明膜的物性。SEM图表明,所有纳米纤丝纤维素透明膜呈层状结构,结构致密。纳米纤丝纤维素透明膜空气阻隔性优秀,膜密度约1.4g/cm3。同时检测了膜抗张强度和水蒸汽透过率。Nanofibrillar cellulose film at low weight is very useful for saving material and application. Low weight NFC film was made by cast using TEMPO oxidized softwood pulp. Target films were compared. SEM pictures showed that all NFC films were constructed by layers. They have very compact structure. They all exhibited excellent air barrier property. These cast NFC films have density around 1. 4 g/cm3. Their tensile strength was examined. Water vapor transmission rate of NFC films was evaluated.
