氢氟酸直接浸出从含钨萤石精矿中提钨试验研究

摘　　要：介绍了湖南某地区含钨萤石精矿采用氢氟酸直接浸出提钨的方法。通过对氢氟酸用量、浸出温度和浸出时间等工艺参数进行研究表明:在加入液固比1.2∶1的氢氟酸溶液(含氢氟酸40%),浸出温度30℃,浸出时间1 h的条件下,钨浸出率可达93%以上。A method for extracting tungsten from tungsten fluorite concentrates in Hunan by direct leaching with hydrofluoric acid is introduced. Through the process of hydrofluoric acid dosage, leaching temperature and time parameters were researched. The results show that adding ratio of liquid to solid solution of hydrofluoric acid is 1.2：1 （content 40% ） ,leaching temperature 30℃ and leaching time 1 h. Under the condition,tungsten leaching rate canreach over 93 %.
