磷酸铝凝胶联合多虑平治疗难治性消化性溃疡疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨磷酸铝凝胶联合多虑平治疗难治性消化性溃疡的价值和意义。方法:选取2015年1月—2016年1月就诊的难治性消化性溃疡患者80例,根据患者就诊的先后顺序及奇数、偶数原则将其分为观察组和对照组各40例,入组患者均给予磷酸铝凝胶口服治疗,观察组患者同时给予多虑平治疗,比较不同治疗方案的疗效。结果:观察组患者临床症状改善情况以及胃镜下溃疡愈合情况更优,且两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:难治性消化性溃疡采取磷酸铝凝胶联合多虑平治疗,在缓解患者临床症状的同时促进溃疡面的愈合,效果明显。Objective： To explore and study the value and significance of using aluminum phosphate gel combined with doxepin for refractory peptic ulcer. Methods： According to the patient＇ s order,from January 2015 to January 2016,80 patients with refractory peptic ulcer were selected. According to the odd and even principle,it was divided into observation group and control group,all patients were given oral administration of aluminum phosphate gel,the patients in the observation group were treated with Doxiban at the same time,and the difference of the curative effect was compared between different treatment regimens. Results： The clinical symptoms and ulcer healing under gastroscope of observation group is more dominant,there was significient difference（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Aluminum phosphate gel combined with duopingping for refractory peptic ulcer can lleviate the clinical symptoms of patients and promote the healing of ulcers,the effect is obvious.
