摘 要:针对自主设计的气氧/煤油单喷嘴模型发动机,对煤油入口压力响应时间与起动过程点火时序设置进行了研究,以实现发动机安全平稳起动,作为后期液体火箭发动机高频燃烧不稳定性研究的准备。设置不同工况进行发动机热试车,获得了煤油入口压力、氧主入口压力、推力室总压,以及静压与时间的关系,用高分辨率高像素监控系统实时采集图像。基于试验数据分析了试验平稳起动和爆燃产生的原因。结果表明:点火时机对发动机起动过程有显著影响,错误的点火时机可导致极端不稳定燃烧出现;煤油入口压力响应时间影响发动机的起动过程,点火时序设置由煤油入口压力达到最小值的时刻决定;点火时刻处于氧主的稳定流动段。所得结果为后期燃烧不稳定研究提供了基础。For gas oxygen/kerosene single nozzle design model of the engine,the kerosene entrance pressure response on timing setting time and starting process of ignition was researched to realize the safe and smooth starting of the engine in this paper,which could be served as the preparation for the fucture study.By carrying out the different working conditions of engine hot test,the kerosene entrance pressure,oxygen pressure of the main entrance,thrust chamber total pressure and the relationship between pressure and time were obtained.The pictures were sampled by using high pixel monitoring system for real-time image acquisition.According to the test data,the test start smoothly and exploding generated were analyzed.The results show that the entrance pressure response time of kerosene engine starting process has obvious influence on the starting process.The ignition timing is set by the kerosene entrance pressure reaching the minimum value of the moment decision.The ignition time shall be in steady flow oxygen of the lord.The study has provided a solid base for the study of combustion stability in the future.
