摘　　要：文章主要探讨大数据共享与融合的基本问题及其障碍因素。并从大数据的内涵及特征出发,阐述大数据共享的必然性,剖析大数据共享的基础、过程、层次及现状,同时,就大数据共享的客体、主体、手段、环境存在的障碍进行分析。Objective： discussses the basic problems of big data sharing and integration and its obstacle factors. Content： introduces the concept and characteristics of big data,stats the inevitable and necessity of big data sharing and its foundation,process,level and status quo,analyzes the obstacle factors based on four aspects of data sharing： object,subject,method and environment. Conclusion： big data sharing is imperative,but there are obstacles of four aspects to overcome.
