摘 要:以炼厂副产混合C4为原料制备的MTBE硫含量通常远大于10μg/g,难以满足作为清洁汽油高辛烷值调和组分的要求。可以通过降低精制液化气或原料C4的硫含量达到降低MTBE硫含量的目的,也可直接对MTBE实施深度脱硫。前者尽管可使MTBE硫含量明显降低,但却难以降至10μg/g以下,不过MTBE收率几乎没有损失;后者可得到硫含量低于10μg/g的MTBE,但MTBE损失率常常达到0.5%以上。The sulfur content in MTBE that is made from hybrid C4fractions-byproduct in refinery is usually much higher than 10 μg·g-1. The MTBE with high sulfur content is difficult to meet the requirements for the harmonizing composition of the clean gasoline with high octane value.The sulfur content in MTBE can be reduced through reducing the sulfur content of refined liquefied gas or raw materials C4,but is difficult to reach below 10 μg·g-1although the MTBE yield has almost no loss.Alternatively,a direct deep desulfurization for MTBE can also help to reduce the sulfur content to less than 10 μg·g-1,but the loss rate of MTBE often exceeds 0. 5%.
