摘 要:采用载体挤出成型的方法,通过改变胶溶剂硝酸的加入量制备不同γ-Al_2O_3载体,同时用过量浸渍法负载15%Ni和5%Mo,制备得到Ni Mo/γ-Al_2O_3。通过BET、XRD、SEM等手段对载体和催化剂进行表征,并进行催化脂肪酸甲酯加氢脱氧反应性能评价,探究了载体对催化性能的影响。实验结果表明,当胶溶剂硝酸的质量为拟薄水铝石质量的7.5%,Ni Mo/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂在反应压力为2.9 MPa,反应温度为355℃,液时空速为2.0 h-1时,具有较佳的加氢脱氧性能,原料的转化率为92.5%,液相产品中正构烷烃C15~C18的选择性可达到71.7%。Different γ-Al2O3 supports are prepared by changing the addition amount of peptizator nitric acid in the process of support extrusion. NiMo/γ-Al2O3(15% Ni and 5% Mo) is prepared by excess impregnation method. The supports and catalysts both are characterized by means of BET,XRD and SEM. The effect of supports on the catalytic performance of catalysts is investigated by carrying out evaluation on catalytic performance in the hydrogenation of fatty acid methyl ester(FAME).Evaluation results reveal that when the addition amount of peptizator nitric acid is 7. 5% of the mass of pseudo-boehmite,reaction pressure is 2. 9 MPa,temperature is 355℃ and LHSV is 2. 0 h^-1,the corresponding NiMo/γ-Al2O3 catalyst show better hydrodeoxygenation performances with the conversion of FAME reaching 92. 5% and the selectivity of n-alkanes(C15-C18) in liquid phase products being 71. 7%.
