摘  要:采用加速溶剂萃取建立了气相色谱质谱法(GC-MS)测定印染污泥中11种偶氮染料残留量。结果表明,11种偶氮染料在1.0~100.0 mg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数(R2)均大于0.999;加标回收率在79.8%~104.2%之间,RSD在0.9%~3.4%之间,检出限在0.2~0.5 mg/kg之间。该法操作简单快速、准确度高、灵敏度高、检出限低,可为印染污泥焚烧及污染防治工作提供检测技术支持。The residue contents of eleven kinds of azo dyestuffs in printing/dyeing sludge are determined by gas chromatography mass spectrometry with accelerated solvent extraction. The results show that the residue amount of 11 kinds of azo dyestuffs shows good linear relationship in the range of 1. 0-100. 0 mg·L-1,and the correlation coefficients are greater than 0. 999,the recovery rate is in the array of 79. 8%-104. 2%,the relative standard deviation is between0. 9% and 3. 4%,and the detection limit is in the range of 0. 2-0. 5 mg·kg-1.This method has the advantages of simple operation,high accuracy,high sensitivity and low detection limit,and can provide technical support for the incineration and pollution control of printing/dyeing sludge.
