摘　　要：民生建设是世界各国政府工作的核心任务,民生建设水平真实反映了政府公共决策的智慧与服务能力。在当前推进各项事业深化改革的攻坚阶段,从国外公共决策和民生建设的经验中寻求方法启示,对加速我国民生政府建设、提升人民群众的获得感具有积极的现实意义。Improving the people＇s livelihood is the main work of the governments of the world. The level of this work truly reflects the wisdom and service ability of the government＇s public decision-making. In the current stage of deepening the reform of various undertakings, it is of great practical significance to accelerate the work to build a government for the people＇s livelihood and enhance the people＇s sense of benefit by learning from the foreign experiences in public decision-making and improvement of people＇s livelihood.
