摘  要:结合特高压线路工程用钢管塔的加工特点,在对钢管塔对接接头焊接工艺研究的基础上,对相关研究成果进行提炼和总结,形成国家电网公司企业标准Q/GDW 11530—2016《特高压钢管塔用Q345钢对接接头焊接工艺导则》。分别从材料、设备、坡口制备、焊接和检测等4个方面对本标准进行深入解读,重点对标准中焊接材料的选择、坡口形式和尺寸、钢管典型规格的确定、焊接的工艺参数等关键技术进行了详细的解释和说明。该文可进一步提高设计人员对本标准的理解,便于广大设计和管理人员对本标准的正确使用。Combined with the machining characteristics of UHV steel tubular tower, and based on the research of welding construction technology for butt joint of steel tubular tower, extraction and summary of relevant research results are made, then the enterprise standard of SGCC——"Welding construction technology guide for Q345 steel butt joint of UHV steel tubular tower"(Q/GDW 11530—2016) is formulated. The main contents of this enterprise standard are explained in this paper, including materials, equipment, groove preparation, welding and inspection. In particular, the following key points such as welding material selection, groove form and size, steel tubular specifications selection, and welding parameters are explained in detail. The paper could further improve the designers' s understanding of this standard, and facilitate design and management staff to properly use this standard.
