摘 要:目的探讨对早产儿实施企业管理理念下出院后管理的临床效果,研究其对早产儿智能发育以及气质的影响。方法收集2014年10月-2016年10月在该院出生的92例早产儿的临床资料并予以回顾性分析,按照入院时间随机分为对照组(45例)与观察组(47例)。对照组给予常规出院后管理,观察组给予常规管理联合企业管理理念干预。统计两组干预后的Gessll发育量表评分情况,并进行不同气质类型划分。结果对两组早产儿实施Gessll发育量表评分和比较,两组间语言能、大动作、精细动作、应人能、应物能以及平均值方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);经气质类型评估与划分,观察组早产儿中气质容易型人数与比例均显著高于对照组,气质困难型人数与比例则显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论在早产儿出院之后实施企业管理理念下的管理效果理想,在改善早产儿智能发育水平以及气质方面具有肯定效果。Objective To explore the clinical effect of post-discharge management on mtelhgence development and temperament of premature infants under the concept of enterprise management. Methods The clinical data of 92 premature infants born in the hospital from October 2014 to October 2016 were collected and analyzed retrospectively. All the premature infants were divided into control group (45 pre- mature infants) and observation group (47 premature infants) according to hospital admission time. The premature infants in control group were treated by routine post-discharge management, and the premature infants in observation group were treated by routine post-discharge management combined with enterprise management concept intervention. The scores of Gessll developmental scale after intervention in the two groups were analyzed, and the premature infants were divided into different groups according to temperament type. Results There were sta- tistically significant differences in the scores of language ability, gross motor, fine motor, personal-social ability, and average score of Gessll Developmental Scale between the two groups ( all P〈0. 05 ) . The number of proportion of premature infants with easy type temperament in observation group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group, while the number of proportion of premature infants with dif- ficult type temperament in observation group was statistically significantly lower than that in control group (P〈0. 05 ) . Conclusion The effect of post-discharge management under the concept of enterprise management is good, and it has a certain effect in improving intelligence development and temperament of premature infants.
