摘  要:目的探讨全身运动(GMs)质量评估技术在高危儿管理中的应用价值。方法选择2014年10月-2015年12月在该所进行系统体格检查(体检)的早产儿和低体质量儿共74例进行GMs质量评估并随访至18月龄。结果参加GMs质量评估的高危儿共74例,其中完成第一阶段46例,正常12例,占26.09%,可疑和异常34例,占73.91%;完成第二阶段28例,正常24例,占85.71%,可疑和异常4例,占14.28%。随访至18月龄,发现1例大运动发育迟缓。结论在高危儿中应用GMs质量评估进行早期筛查,可以发现并早期预测动作发育迟缓,做到早筛查、早诊断、早干预,最大限度地降低残疾儿童的发生,提高儿童健康素质。Objective To explore the application value of qualitative assessment of general movements in management of high-risk in- fants. Methods Seventy-four premature infants and low weight infants receiving system physical examination in Maternal and Child Health Care Institute of Xuhui District from October 2014 to December 2015 were selected, qualitative assessment of general movements was conduc- ted, and the infants were followed up till 18 months. Results A total of 74 high-risk infants received qualitative assessment of general movements, 46 infants completed the first phase, including 12 normal infants (26.09%) and 34 suspicious and abnormal infants (73.91%);28 infants completed the second phase, including 24 normal infants (85.71%) and 4 suspicious and abnormal infants (14.28%) . All the infants were followed up till 18 months, one infant was found with gross motor developmental retardation. Conclusion Early screening among high-risk infants using qualitative assessment of general movements can early predict motor developmen- tal delay, achieve early screening, early diagnosis, and early intervention, reduce the occurrence of disabled children to the utmost extent, and improve physical constitution of infants.
