摘 要:目的使用CT评价肝脂肪浸润和腹部脂肪体积的关系。方法对2013年11月-2015年4月期间在门诊就诊的306位患者测量以下脂肪衰减指数:(1)肝实质衰减(CTLP);(2)肝与脾的衰减率(LS率);(3)肝衰减与脾衰减的不同(LSdif)。腹部脂肪分为:全部脂肪(Total fat,TF)、内脏脂肪(Visceral fat,VF)和皮下脂肪(Subcutaneous fat,SF)。使用bivariate相关法评估3个脂肪衰减指数与TF、VF和SF的关系。结果 CTLP、LS率和LSdif与TF、VF和SF分别呈显著负相关。CTLP与TF、VF存在明显负相关(r值分别为-0.415和-0.434,P<0.001)。CTLP与SF之间有较小的负相关性(r=-0.313,P<0.001)。结论肝脂肪浸润与腹部脂肪的量关系密切,并且内脏脂肪与脂肪肝存在负相关性。Objective To study the relationship of fatty infiltration of the liver and abdominal fat volume with CT.Methods Totally 306 outpatient from November 2013 and April 2015 be measured fat attenuation index:(1)the liver attenuation( CTLP);(2)the decay rates of the liver and spleen( LS rate);(3)the spleen and liver attenuation attenuation of different( LSdif). Belly fat can be divided into: Total fat( TF),Visceral fat( VF) and Subcutaneous fat( SF). Assessment fat attenuation index relation with TF,VF,and SF using BIVARIATE. Results CTLP,LSR and LSdif with the TF,VF and SF,respectively were significantly negatively correlated. CTLP and TF,VF being negatively correlated( r =-0. 415 and r =-0. 434,P〈0. 001). CTLP and SF have small negative correlation( r =-0. 313,P〈0. 001). Conclusions The fatty infiltration of the liver and abdominal fat are closely and there is a negative correlation between fatty liver and visceral fat.
