摘　　要：针对40万t/a大型料浆法粒状重钙装置改产粒状磷铵产品存在的关键工序与产能不匹配,筛分、收尘、尾气处理系统不能满足生产要求等问题,通过现状分析和技术研究,对反应、造粒、筛分、收尘、尾气处理等工序提出技术改进方案,并实施技术改造。通过技术改进,实现利用重钙装置生产多规格磷铵产品,为实现产品结构调整发挥了积极作用,对行业内类似装置具有借鉴意义。Based on the problems existing in production of granular ammonium phosphate with large-scale slurry 400 kt/a GSTP plant, including the mismatching of key processes and capacity, unappeasable production requirement of screening, dust collecting, tail gas treatment processes etc. with the analysis on production status and study on technology, the technical improvement scheme is proposed and implemented for reaction,granulation, screening, dust collecting, tail gas treatment processes. With the improvement, a variety of specifications ammonium phosphate can be produced with GTSP plant, it plays a positive role in product structure adjustment,and has reference significance for similar devices in the industry.
