摘　　要：介绍饲料级磷酸盐用300 kt/a磷酸装置的主要设计参数、生产工艺流程、工艺原理和产品规格,较详细介绍了该装置的工艺特点,包括磷石膏无害化处理、稀磷酸陈化与浓缩、磷酸净化。该装置工艺简单,磷酸精制效果好,成本低,达到了节能减排的效果。The main design parameters,production process, production principle, product specifications of 300 kt/a phosphoric acid plant for feed-grade phosphate production are introduced, the process characteristic of the plant are presented especially including harmless treatment of phosphogypsum, settlement and enrichment of dilute phosphoric acid,phosphoric acid purification. This plant is with simple process,good purification effect and low product cost,achieving the effect of energy-saving and emission reduction.
