《中国兽药典(2015年版)》中葡萄糖注射液含量计算系数有关问题研究

摘　　要：《中国兽药典(2015年版)》中收载的葡萄糖注射液含量测定计算是以测得的旋光度度数(α)与系数2.085 2换算所得。笔者对系数2.085 2进行研究分析发现存在的问题,将系数修正为2.079 3,通过对样品进行测定,表明修正后的计算方法更科学,结果准确可靠。Glucose is an indispensable nutrient in the body metabolism. The calculation of the content of glucose injection contained in the Chinese Veterinary Pharmacopoeia in 2015 is based on the measuring of optical rotation degree（α） and the coefficient of 2.085 2. In this paper,the coefficient of 2.085 2 is studied and analyzed,and the coefficient was revised to 2.079 3.The result is accurate and reliable by correcting the sample determination process which can correctly determine whether the sample is more qualified or not.
