红茂草治疗羊口疮试验研究

摘　　要：将50只健康羊只随机分为10组,每组5只。用羊口疮强毒感染试验羊,建立羊口疮病理模型。试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组分别用浓度7.5 mg/m L、15.0 mg/m L、30.0 mg/m L、60.0 mg/m L、120.0 mg/m L的红茂草乙醇制剂进行治疗。试验Ⅵ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ组分别用浓度5.0 mg/m L、10.0 mg/m L、20.0 mg/m L、40.0 mg/m L的红茂草总生物碱盐酸盐制剂进行治疗,Ⅹ组为对照。结果表明,Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组羊口疮愈合率分别与Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组之间均存在极显著差异(P<0.01);Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组之间也存在极显著差异(P<0.01);Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组、Ⅴ组之间相互差异不显著(P>0.05),剂量与溃疡面愈合率之间的回归方程为:y=1.675 6x+3.488,R2=0.958 3,其EC50=7.986 6mg/m L。盐酸盐制剂羊口疮愈合率除了Ⅷ组和Ⅸ组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)外,其余各组两两之间均存在极显著差异(P<0.01),剂量与溃疡面愈合率之间的回归方程为:y=1.709 3x+3.547 7,R2=0.977 2,其半数效应浓度EC50=7.073 7 mg/m L。Experiment was conducted on the treatment of sheep infected with Orf virus for the purpose of determining the optimum therapeutic concentration of pharmaceutics of Dicranostigma leptopodum（Maxim.）Fedde on Orf. Firstly,50 pathological model of Orf were established through infecting the sheep with Orf virus and randomly divided into ten groups（Ⅰ~Ⅹ）. Sheep in group Ⅰ~Ⅴ were respectively treated with different concentrations of Dicranostigma leptopodum（Maxim.） Fedde,sheep in group Ⅵ~Ⅸ were respectively treated with different concentrations of total alkaloid hydrochloride of Dicranostigma leptopodum（Maxim.）Fedde,and group Ⅹ served as control. The results indicated that the average healing rates of ulcers of group Ⅲ~Ⅴ were significantly higher than those of group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ（P0.01）respectively,and there was also significant difference between groups Ⅰ and group Ⅱ（P 0.01）. There were no differences between group Ⅲ and Ⅳ,Ⅲ and Ⅴ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ（P 0.05）. The regression equations between the dosage of Dicranostigma leptopodum（Maxim.） Fedde and healing rate of Orf was：y=1.675 6 x＋3.488,R2=0.958 3,and the EC50 was 7.986 6 mg/m L. Significant differences were found among the hydrochloride groups（P 0.01） except that there was no difference between group Ⅷ and Ⅸ（P 0.05）. The regression equation between the dosage of total alkaloid hydrochloride of Dicranostigma leptopodum（Maxim.） Fedde and healing rate of Orf was：y=1.709 3 x＋3.547 7,R2=0.977 2,and the EC50 was 7.073 7 mg/m L.
