摘  要:2011~2015年,对甘肃省18个犬细粒棘球蚴流行县区进行犬包虫病感染情况调查,采集犬粪样品16 200份,应用酶联免疫法进行包虫抗原检测。结果显示,犬包虫病阳性率由2011年的35.0%下降为2015年的3.0%。通过综合防控,有效控制了甘肃省犬细粒棘球绦虫病流行与传播。From 2011 to 2015, we conducted an investigation on the infection of canine hydatidosis from excrement in 18 endemic counties in Gansu Province. A number of 16 200 canine feces samples were collected for hydatid antigen detection by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). The results showed that the canine positive rate fell from 35.0% in 2011 to 3.0% in2015. The epidemic and development of canine hydatidosis in Gansu were effectively controlled through the application of comprehensive control measures.
