摘　　要：西藏砂生槐是西藏特有植物,具有极强的抗旱、耐瘠薄、抗风沙等生态适应性和很好的防风固沙、保持水土功能。现代药理学研究证明,西藏砂生槐具有很高药用价值,其有效成分主要为苦参碱类生物碱,具有抗炎、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抑制中枢神经系统和强心、抗心律失常等作用,同时又是植物性杀虫剂的重要原料。西藏砂生槐在西藏等地分布广泛,药源丰富,对其药理学的深入研究和进一步的开发应用十分重要。笔者等就西藏砂生槐近年来的药理学研究进展做一综述,以期对西藏砂生槐的开发利用有所裨益。Sophora moorcroftiana is a kind of specific plant in Tibet with the characteristics of wind break,sand fixation and moisture and soil conservation,and possess the ecological adaptabilities of extremely strong anti-drought,poor soil tolerance and sand resistance. Modern pharmacological researches have shown that Sophora moorcroftiana has a high medical value and its main active component is matrine alkaloids. It has the functions of anti-inflammatory,anti-virus,anti-tumor,central nervous system inhibition,cardiovascular heart,anti-arrhythmia,etc.. Meanwhile,it is also a kind of important raw material of botanical insecticide. Sophora moorcroftiana is widely distributed in Tibet and medicinal herbs resource is abundant. Therefore,it is very important to further study of pharmacology and exploitation and application of Sophora moorcroftiana. The following is a summary of research progress of pharmacology on Sophora moorcroftiana in recent years with a view to the better exploitation and application of Sophora moorcroftiana.
