摘　　要：随着各国网球运动的快速发展,新形势下的运动员选拔要求也变得越来越严格,一名优秀网球运动员的铸就,不仅需要技术和战术优异,更重要的是要不断提升他的思想政治教育水平,这对于运动员的身心健康和职业生涯可有效发展都是必不可缺的。网球运动员的培养首先培养的是"人",然后才是运动员,才是冠军。我们不但要重视夺取金牌的结果,更要重视夺取金牌的全过程。其中,思想政治教育是贯穿全过程的最重要环节。因此,应当教导运动员深刻理解政治教育包含的原则和准则,并将其理论和运动员实际训练和比赛紧密联系与融合。使运动员能够明确要先以世界竞技长久发展为中心,由此基础上思考个人利益、宣扬自身个性。打造具有技战术与高素养兼备的优秀运动员。With the rapid development of world tennis,player selection is also becoming stricter. The build of an elite tennis player not only calls for great technique and tactic advantages,but also for high level political education level,which is vital for both physical mental health and career development. The sport of tennis cultivates＂man＂first prior to athletes or champions. We should focus on the process of gold medal chase then the results,in which political education is the most important part that goes through the whole process. Therefore,players should be taught to fully understand the principles and regulations of political education,as well as to integrate the theories to practical training and competing tightly. They should be educated to consider their own interest and personality based on the center of world competition sustainable development. The aim is to build elite players with both tactic technique abilities and high qualities.
