摘  要:对长城煤矿1503南大倾角工作面大角度调采工作中所遇到的调采方案确定、工作面设备下滑、工作面仰采变俯采、工作面缩短及延长等一系列问题进行了实践研究。调采方案确定为虚中心调采,3个调采阶段使用了3种调采比例;对控制设备下滑采用防滑千斤顶主动防滑与单体支柱被动防滑结合的方法控制输送机、支架下滑;工作面缩短与延长提前进行计算,加延的支架、溜槽提前蹲放在预定位置,随工作面调采及时缩短和加延支架、溜槽。确保了工作面调采角度达到44°,调采溜尾达到170m,保证了矿井产量稳定及生产接续,提高了资源回收率,取得了良好的经济效益。1503南工作面的成功调采为类似条件下工作面大角度调采中所遇到的问题提供了宝贵的经验和参考。A series of problems,such as the adjustment of the mining plan,the decline of the working face equipment,the working face upward mining changed depression mining,the shortening of the working face and the extension of the working face in the large angle adjustment of the 1503 south inclined face of Changcheng Coal Mine were studied. The adjustment scheme was determined as the virtual center adjustment,and the three adjustment stages were used to adjust the 3 proportions. In control equipment letting down to use of anti-skid jack active control slip down and individual prop passive anti-skid combination method to control the hydraulic support,bracket letting down. The working face was shortened and extended to be calculated in advance,the hydraulic support and chute were placed in a predetermined position ahead of time,as the working face adjusting mining timely shortening and adding hydraulic support,chute. The above scheme has ensured the working face adjusting mining angle reached to 44 degrees,and the adjusting mining scraper-trough conveyer tail reaches 170 m. Ensure the stability of mine production and production,improve the recovery rate of resources,and achieved good economic benefits. The successful adjusting mining of 1503 south working face has provided valuable experience and reference for the problems encountered in the large angle mining under similar conditions.
