摘  要:针对三软煤层工作面地质条件较差、煤层及顶底板较软,工作面巷道层位布置困难等问题,设计将巷道布置在采空区人工顶板下,采用"36U型钢棚+36U型钢点柱+塑编网+背木"支护方式,并分析了巷道掘进期间矿压观测数据且对巷道设计层位进行了对比分析。研究得出:与传统的支护方式相比,该段巷道在综采工作面回采结束后仅维修2次,巷道围岩变形量也明显减小,有效地解决了支护难题,减少巷道维修工程,同时也减少了因留设煤柱而导致的资源浪费,提高了矿井煤炭采出率。In view of the poor geological conditions of the Three Soft coal seam working face,the coal seam and the roof and floor were soft and the working area was difficult to arrange the troughs. The roadway was arranged under the artifical roof of the goaf,the design using " 36 U steel shed + 36 U steel column + plastic woven net + back wood" to support the roadway,then study of the trough during the tunnel pressure observation data analysis and trough design horizon comparative analysis. Research concluded that: with the traditional support compared to the section of the chute in the fully mechanized coal mining face after the end of maintenance only 2 times,effectively solve the support problems,reduce roadway maintenance works,but also reduce the retention of coal pillars caused by waste of resources to improve the mine coal recovery rate.
