摘  要:对某型号桥式起重机进行ANSYS静态分析,建立包含焊缝细节的子模型。应用FE-SAFE中的Verity模块,分析主梁焊缝的疲劳寿命,得出下翼缘板与腹板连接处的焊缝疲劳寿命更短的结论,并将该处的焊缝改为不等边角焊缝进行对比分析,结果显示适当增加翼缘板上角焊缝长度,对疲劳寿命有所提高,有助于改善主梁的抗疲劳性能。Taking a certain box girder of bridge crane as the research object, its static strength is analyzed using finite element software ANSYSand the sub structure of the weld details is established. The fatigue life of the main beam welding seam is analyzed using verity module in FE- SAFE. The weld line between the lower cover plate and the main web has the minimum fatigue life. The unequal weld line modal is used for comparison analysis, the result shows that fatigue life has increased on the two weld toes when long side is located in the lower cover plate, which contributes to improve the anti-fatigue performance of welded structures.
