摘 要:当前,成人教育出现质量不够高、被边缘化和功能弱化等趋向。成人教育学生具有受社会传统观念影响较深刻、入学时文化基础较差、学习生活较奢侈及学习态度不端正等特殊性。为有效解决成人教育质量提升问题,应从成人教育院校成人教育动力机制、成人教育学生学习动力机制及成人教育课程教师教学动力机制等方面探索成人教育动力机制的建构路径,旨在揭示其形成和运行规律,进而提升成人教育质量。At present,there is a trend for adult education that quality is not high enough,it being marginalized with weakened functions.Adult education students have the particularity that they are much affected by the traditional ideas of the society,that they have poor cultural foundation at admission,and that their learning life is more luxurious and less attentive attitude.In order to resolve the problem of how to improve the quality of adult education effectively,it is necessary to explore the construction path of adult education dynamic mechanism from the aspects of adult education motivation mechanism,adult students' motivation mechanism and adult education teachers' teaching motivation mechanism,aiming to reveal the formation and operation rules and improve the quality of adult education.
