摘　　要：针对黄磷运输和贮存时多种物质(黄磷、水及磷泥的混合物)混合后难以准确计量的特点,研究了目前主要的黄磷计量方法及其计量原理。选择了目前黄磷计量方法中比较先进的体积换算法,利用温度与密度的关系、质量和体积的关系建立相应的数学模型,设计、开发了黄磷计量系统。详细阐述了控制系统数学模型建立、计量系统配置、网络通信设计、软硬件组态和数据库管理等。黄磷计量系统通过PLC系统软硬件组态和网络通信连接,实现了黄磷的自动、准确计量。该PLC在黄磷计量系统的应用表明,PLC系统安全可靠、操作方便,可实现黄磷计量过程的自动计量、自动计算和自动生成收货单功能,保证了整个计量系统的精确度和稳定性,为企业带来了一定的经济效益。采用PLC系统的计量系统,对其他多种物质混合后难以准确计量的装置有较好的借鉴意义。In transportation and storage of yellow phosphorus,due to multiple materials（ yellow phosphorus,water,and phosphate mud） may mix together,it is difficult to accurately measuring.Aiming at this feature,the main methods and principles of yellow phosphorus metrology are researched,and the currently advanced volume conversion algorithm is selected.By using the relationship between temperature and density,the relationship between mass and volume,corresponding mathematical model is setup,and the yellow phosphorus metering system is designed.The establishment of the control system mathematical model,the configuration of the system,the communication design,and the configurations of hardware and software as well as database management are elaborated in detail.Through the configuration of PLC hardware and software and network communication connects in the yellow phosphorus metering system,the automatic and precise metering functions for yellow phosphorus are implemented.After the PLC-based yellow phosphorus metering system put into service,the system is safe,reliable and easy to operate.Various functions of automatic measurement,automatic calculation and automatic generation of receipts are realized,thus the accuracy and stability of the whole metering system are ensured,certain economic benefits for the enterprise are accomplished.The application shows that the PLC system can also be used to make accurate measurement for other kinds of mixing substances that is difficult to be measured accurately.
