摘　　要：随着智能手机的普及、移动互联网的快速发展,使人们的生活更加方便,同时增加了人们对服务质量的要求。多层次、个性化的需求将是未来社区服务业发展的重要内容。微信公众平台为传统社区服务业的转型升级和跨越发展提供了前所未有的新机遇。本研究以基于微信公众平台的社区服务平台为例,探究微信公众平台的架构和基于微信微信公众平台的服务平台的设计及功能模块。项目针对目前社区服务存在的问题,实现了社区资源整合、互利互惠的目标,具有推广意义。借助智慧社区的政务管理,实现社区管理,拉近民众距离。对于开发商和物业公司,实现向社区综合服务商方向转型,提升了企业收益和品牌知名度。面向业主,随时随地享受社区物联带来的社区安全保障、生活便利服务。With the popularity of smart phones and the rapid development of mobile Internet, people＇s life is more convenient, while increasing the quality of service requirements. Multi-level and personalized needs will be an important part of the development of community service industry in the future. The WeChat public platform provides unprecedented opportunities for the transformation, upgrading and leapfrog development of the traditional community service industry. This research takes the community service platform based on WeChat public platform as an example to explore the architecture of WeChat public platform and the design and function modules of the service platform based on WeChat WeChat public platform. The project aims at the existing problems of community service, and achieves tlie goal of integration of coimrmnity resources, mutual benefit and mutual benefit. With the wisdom of comirmnity government management, community management, closer to the public distance. For developers and property companies, the realization of the community integrated service providers in the direction of transformation, and enhance corporate income and brand awareness. For the owners, at any time and place to enjoy community housing community security, life and convenient services.
