摘  要:针对当前我国在极地船舶防寒设计技术方面较为薄弱的现状,通过梳理相关规范对于防寒设计的要求,明确船舶在低气温区域航行时,遭受积雪和冰冻等影响后可能存在的风险,理清船舶防寒设计需要考虑的各类对象,研究分析各类防寒措施的分类及其应用范围,并且明确了涉及推进操作以及人员与船舶安全等方面的设计对象和常规工作相关的设计对象之间应用防寒措施的区别;基于上述研究形成了极地自破冰科学考察船相对完整的防寒设计方案,为我国后续新造极地破冰船的设计与建造提供参考。At present, the cold-proof design technology for the polar ship is insufficient in China. By studying the requirements of the cold-proof design in the relevant rules, it is clear that the ship which navigates in the low temperature regions may have risks after suffering from the snow and ice accretion. It sorts out the various objects that need to be considered in the antifreezing design, and analyzes the classification and application range of the antifreezing and de-icing measures. It also clarifies the differences of the cold-proof measures between the design objects relating to the routine work and those relating to the propulsion operation and the safety of the crew and the ships. On this basis, a relatively intact antifreezing design scheme for the self ice-breaking polar research ship is proposed to provide reference for the design and construction of the newly-built self ice-breaking polar research ships in China.
