摘  要:耙吸式挖泥船安装水下泵通常是为满足深水取砂疏浚的需要。近年来,随着水下泥泵装置技术的成熟,水下泥泵装置越来越多地应用于航道疏浚作业。相比于舱内泵,安装水下泥泵可有效提升泥泵吸入浓度、提高装舱效率,并可改善泥泵的气蚀性能、减少振动。文章从离心式泥泵的特性出发,阐释应用水下泵可提高疏浚浓度的理论基础,简要介绍了水下泥泵装置的组成特点以及在应用中可能存在的问题;最后介绍耙吸式挖泥船应用水下泥泵的实船案例,为耙吸式挖泥船疏浚系统设计提供参考。Submerged dredge pumps are usually installed on the trailing suction hopper dredger (TSHD) for the deepwater dredging. As the technology of the submerged dredge pump develops, the submerged dredge pump unit was increasingly applied in channel dredging in the recent years. By comparison with the inboard dredge pump, the submerged dredge pump can enhance the suction concentration and the loading efficiency, and improve the cavitation performance of the dredge pump with less vibration. On the basis of the characteristics of centrifugal dredge pumps, this paper explains the theory of applying the submerged dredge pump to improve the dredging concentration. It also briefly introduces the composition features of the submerged dredge pump unit, and discusses the possible application problems. Finally, the case study of TSHD using the submerged dredge pump is presented. It can provide reference for the design of the dredging system for the TSHD.
