乳腺癌患者两性健康及亲密关系的变化研究

摘　　要：目的:调查乳腺癌患者两性健康及亲密关系的变化,改善乳腺癌患者及其伴侣的亲密度,提高乳腺癌患者的生活质量。方法:分析160例乳腺癌患者的情绪反应、生理反应、"缺乏女性魅力"的感受、自我调节能力的变化和对伴侣关系的影响。结果:乳腺癌患者身体、生理、情感的变化与调节影响着两性健康。两性生活频率减少、两性生活反应和满意度降低均归因于一系列因素,包括疲劳、疼痛、心理压力和身体形象,以及乳腺癌治疗药物带来的副作用等。配偶在患者适应疾病和共同对抗疾病中扮演者重要的角色。结论:关注乳腺癌患者在诊断治疗期间两性健康对改善患者及家属的生活质量至关重要。医务人员需主动为患者及家属提供两性健康心理咨询,可以及时改善和调整患者与家属的两性关系及亲密度,提高乳腺癌患者及家属的生活质量。Objective： To investigate the changes of sexual well-being and intimacy of breast cancer patients,to develop intimacy between breast cancer patients and their partners and to improve the patients＇ quality of life. Methods：The emotional response,physiological responses,feeling of ＂ lack of femininity,＂ self-regulation ability of the patients and all these changes that would perhaps affect the relationship to the partners were analyzed and investigated among 160 breast cancer patients. Results： The changes and regulation of breast cancer patients physical,physiological and emotional status affected the sexual well-being. Reducing in the frequency and satisfaction of sexuality was attributed to a number of factors,including fatigue,pain,psychological stress and the concern on body image,as well as side effects of breast cancer treatment,etc. Conclusions： It is of great importance for breast cancer patients and their families to live a healthy sexuality during diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. Medical staff should be active to provide sexual well-being counseling to patients and their families,because these can improve and adjust the patient and family relationships and intimacy in time,and improve the quality of life of breast cancer patients and their families.
