摘　　要：随着时代的发展,网络地理信息安全越来越受到各国的重视。俄罗斯在网络地理信息安全政策建设方面给我国很多启示:高度重视网络地理信息安全保障的政策建设,建立健全常态化的分工协作机制,对地理信息安全违法行为实行严惩,完善网络地理信息传播审批和从业主体准入与清退政策等。With the development of the times,many countries pay more and more attention to the network geographic information security. Russia has given us a lot of revelation on the pol-- cy construction of network geographic information security： attaching great importance to the policy construction of network geographic information security,establishing and improving the normalized coordination mechanism, imposing severe punishment on the illegal cases of geo-graphical information security,perfecting the dissemination approval of network geographic in-formation, improving the policy of access or withdrawal for main practitioners,and so on.
