摘　　要：当前我国政府提出新型城镇化就地转移模式并给出总体指导思想:新型城镇化建设要以人为中心,协调稳定地实现农业转移人口市民化。在分析农业转移人口市民化现存问题的基础上,探析农业转移人口就地市民化的新路径。Currently Chinese government has proposed a new urbanization mode -local citizenization, and put forward the overall guiding ideology： The new urbanization construction should betered,and agricultural migrating population should harmoniously and stably become citizen. On thebasis of analyzing the current situation and existing problems of local citizenization, this pa new path of local citizenization of the agricultural migrating population.
