摘  要:针对注水井井筒的特殊条件,以压力波为载体,在井筒内建立一条有效的、可靠的信号通道,实现井下信息的传递。在分层注水井内下入智能分注工具与封隔器组合,实现分层注水的同时,地面远程控制井下配水器的调配,并将采集的各层流量数据传输至地面,形成无缆智能远程调控的分注测调工艺。该工艺在陈堡油田3口井成功应用,实现分层注水无缆传输、无需现场测试队伍、数字化的模式。Aiming at the special condition of the injection well wellbore,the pressure wave is used as the carrier to establish an effective and reliable signal channel in the wellbore,realizing the transmission of the downhole information.The combination of intelligent sub-injection tool and packer was put into the water injection well to achieve separate layer water injection. Meanwhile,the deployment of the downhole water regulator was remotely controlled at the ground,and the collected flow rate data of layers was transmitted to the ground,realizing the cable-free remote intelligent testing and adjustment. The process has been successfully applied in three wells of Chenbao Oilfield. It can realize the cable-free transmission of water injection well with separate layer,without the need of field testing team,and the digital mode.
