摘  要:为研究小客车侧翻碰撞安全性能,建立了基于客车上部结构强度要求及试验方法的目标车型小客车侧翻有限元仿真模型,并验证了模型的有效性和准确性.研究了侧翻试验初始翻转角度、初始翻转角速度、挡板高度和翻转平台高度等四个初始碰撞参数对侧翻碰撞安全性能的影响.结果表明,所选取的A柱、上边梁和顶盖等关键结构最大变形量,以及地面最大接触力四项评价指标与初始翻转角度和翻转平台高度大体上呈正相关,与初始翻转角速度和挡板高度呈负相关,并且翻转平台高度即跌落高度对试验结果的影响最为明显.In order to study the safety performance of the minivan in stumbling rollover,a finite element simulation model of the target car based on the strength requirement and test method of the bus upper structure was established,and the validity and accuracy of the model were verified.The influence of four initial collision parameters including the initial rollover angle,the initial turning angular velocity,the height of the baffle and the height of the flipping platform on vehicle safety performance in stumbling rollover was researched.The results indicate that the selected four evaluation indices including the largest deformation of A pillar,upper beam and the roof,and the largest rigid wall force are positively correlated with the initial rollover angle and the height of the flipping platform,which are negatively correlated with the initial turning angular velocity and the baffle height,and the flipping platform height is the most obvious effect on the test results.
